By downloading, installing, browsing, or accessing any part of the Kuusaa Walaloo Afaan Oromoo mobile application, you agree to be bound completely by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding contractual agreement between you and BeckyTech. If you do not agree to compile with these operational clauses, you must immediately uninstall and cease all usage of the Application.
1 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All interface graphics, source code compile trees, design methodologies, features, brand assets, and curated Oromo cultural literary databases embedded within the software are the exclusive intellectual property of BeckyTech.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable personal runtime license to interact with the literature repository for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, extract raw data structures from, or commercially exploit any literature contents or backend endpoints belonging to the Application without prior written consent.
2 User Authentication & Account Management
Certain interactive modules require profile creation via Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication. You are fundamentally responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your authorization states, tokens, and hardware access.
3 Premium Billing, In-App Purchases, & Refund Policies
The Application may offer premium digital extensions or ad-free database tiers. All commercial transactions are finalized through the **Google Play Billing** infrastructure.
- Prices for premium features are subject to change; updates will be clearly reflected within the store interface.
- Refund configurations are fully subject to the standard regulatory guidelines enforced by the Google Play Store merchant conditions.
- If an account is terminated or data is voluntarily deleted via the erasure protocol, any active premium licenses tied to that metadata cluster are forfeited.
4 Voluntary Account Termination & Absolute Erasure Rules
As specified in our structural Privacy Policy, users retain the autonomous right to permanently delete their data profile records at any time.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Application is deployed on an **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** operational basis without warranty frameworks of any sort. BeckyTech does not declare that the literary application will run completely uninterrupted, entirely error-free, or fully insusceptible to occasional server latency issues. Under no legal circumstances shall BeckyTech be held liable for any direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the system.
6. Prohibited Operational Exploits
You explicitly agree not to use any malicious bots, automated software scripts, scrapers, or code injectors to interrupt or alter the standard serving parameters of our API engines, Firebase nodes, or AdMob rendering containers. Any detected malicious traffic will result in immediate API blocking and device blocklisting.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdictional Boundaries
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, governed, and evaluated in absolute accordance with the legislative laws and regulatory framework governing software deployment standards.
